ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਮੁੜ ਤੋਂ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਾਰ ਲੈਂਦਿਆਂ ਵੱਡਾ ਤੋਹਫਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਦਰਅਸਲ, ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਲਈ 32 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਮੁਆਵਜ਼ਾ ਰਾਸ਼ੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਦੱਸ ਦੇਈਏ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਮੁਆਵਜ਼ਾ ਰਾਸ਼ੀ 2020 ਦੌਰਾਨ ਖ਼ਰਾਬ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਫਸਲਾਂ ਲਈ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।

ਸੂਬੇ 'ਚ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੂੰ ਸੱਤਾ 'ਚ ਆਏ ਕੁਝ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਹੀ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ, ਪਰ 'ਆਪ' ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਸੁਪਰੀਮੋ ਜੰਗੀ ਪੱਧਰ 'ਤੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਹੁਣ ਫਾਜ਼ਿਲਕਾ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਡਾ ਤੋਹਫਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਲਈ 32 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਮੁਆਵਜ਼ਾ ਰਾਸ਼ੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਦੱਸ ਦੇਈਏ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਮੁਆਵਜ਼ਾ ਰਾਸ਼ੀ ਫਾਜ਼ਿਲਕਾ ਵਿੱਚ 2020 ਦੌਰਾਨ ਖ਼ਰਾਬ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਫਸਲਾਂ ਲਈ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।

ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਿਛਲੇ 2 ਸਾਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਨਾ ਤਾਂ ਫਾਜ਼ਿਲਕਾ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਤਕਲੀਫ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਸੀ ਨੇ ਸਮਝਿਆ ਤੇ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਆਵਜ਼ਾ ਦੇਣ ਬਾਰੇ ਸੋਚਿਆ। ਪਰ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੀ 'ਆਪ' ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ 6 ਮਹੀਨਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਹੀ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਮੁਆਵਜ਼ਾ ਰਾਸ਼ੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ।

ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੋਹਫ਼ਾ

ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਫਾਜ਼ਿਲਕਾ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਰਾਸ਼ੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਨ 'ਤੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ 'ਚ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਦਾ ਮਾਹੌਲ ਹੈ। ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਆਪ ਵਿਧਾਇਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।

ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਫਾਜ਼ਿਲਕਾ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ 'ਚ ਹੜ੍ਹ ਕਾਰਨ 28 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀਆਂ ਫਸਲਾਂ ਅਤੇ 4 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੇ ਘਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਇਮਾਰਤਾਂ ਦਾ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਲੋਕ ਲੰਮੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਪਰੇਸ਼ਾਨ ਸਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਨਾਂਹ-ਪੱਖੀ ਰਵੱਈਆ ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਦਾ ਸਬੂਤ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਆਵਜ਼ੇ ਵਜੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਪੈਸਾ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ।
